Jim Taratunio

Jim Taratunio is a Senior Account Executive in the Managed Care Cost Containment field for the over 30 years. He attended C.W.Post College - LIU with a double major: singing performance as a Tenor and also in Education. He sang Tenor in a number of community choruses, most notably, in Carnegie Hall with the Oratorio Society of New York for 11 years. He uses his Education major by “teaching” his many clients about the various cost saving products of the companies he has served including MetLife, Empire BlueCross BlueShield and currently MultiPlan. That pays the bills.
The area that uplifts and fulfills him the most is AYUDA for the Arts, which he started in 2001, with his wife, Migdalia.  "Since we began AYUDA for the Arts, we have helped dozens of college-bound students pursuing their careers in the arts and have many heart-warming success stories. With the help of a talented and tireless board of directors, we continue to follow our motto: 'Empowering the creative minds of the Future.' "
Jim has also been in the Massapequa Kiwanis since 2013, now serving on their executive board and on their Community Outreach and Scholarship Committees.
