This College Scholarship Program is available for New York City high school seniors and full-time undergraduate students studying an area of the Arts.  (see application for details)

• Be a resident of New York City
• Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident (with permanent resident card)
• Have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 or 85/B average
• Be accepted to an accredited U.S. College or institute as Full-time for a full academic year
• Be majoring in an area of the Arts - see application for details
• Demonstrate Financial Need
